About Me

Hi, I'm Sheila…

For a long time, I measured success by how much I could accomplish, endure, and override.

I worked in achievement-driven environments where pushing through was celebrated, even when my body was asking me to slow down. I overworked, got sick often, and learned that a life can look successful while feeling disconnected inside it.

My early experiences with sexual trauma shaped how I approached sex, love, and relationships. Tantra, dance, and somatic practice helped me return to my body, rebuild safety, and reconnect with pleasure and desire.

I learned to stop appeasing, abandoning myself, and fitting into boxes that only looked right from the outside.

Now, I have the privilege of holding the kind of space that helped me return to my own body, truth, and desire.

Many of us know why we struggle. We understand our patterns. We’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years in therapy.

And yet, we may still feel disconnected from our bodies, repeat familiar relationship dynamics, or long for a deeper sense of aliveness.

I believe we do not heal through insight alone. We heal through new experiences—moments when the body and nervous system discover that something different is possible.

I do not believe you are broken. I believe your nervous system adapted to bring you to this point, and it can adapt again to support the life, relationships, and intimacy you desire.

My Philosophy

My work integrates psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices, parts work, and contemplative traditions like Tantra and Taoism.

Every session is different because every person is different.

Sometimes that looks like processing. Sometimes it looks like breathwork, movement, visualization, or nervous system regulation.

My Approach

Outside of coaching, I love moving my body, teaching workout classes, traveling, hosting gatherings with people I love or for new people to connect, and staying endlessly curious about human behavior, intimacy, and what helps us feel more alive.
